UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Quarter-Final Draw Updates: For the third consecutive season, football heavyweights Real Madrid and Manchester City will meet in the Champions League knockout rounds after the two teams were drawn to face each other in the quarters on Friday. In the Champions League, Paris Saint-Germain were drawn against Barcelona in another heavyweight clash.
Meanwhile, the other English team in the fray, Arsenal, were drawn against the formidable side from Germany, Bayern Munich, while Atlético de Madrid will face Borussia Dortmund.
Xavi Hernández will stand down as Barcelona coach this summer, and will hope to do so as a Champions League winner, having steered the Blaugrana to their first quarter-final since 2020. Like Xavi, Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel has already confirmed that he will leave the club this summer.
